Vallformosa presents at Alimentaria an original artistic performance and great novelties

• A ‘Land Art’ artistic installation will be exhibited to paint the unique labels of the Cultivare wines
• The image of Plume will be presented, the new icon sparking wine by Mistinguett and gold medal winner of the Pentawards 2017
• Vallformosa will show the new redesign of the Clàssic cavas and the new corporate logo

Vallformosa will be present once again at the Intervin show of the Alimentaria fair with its own stand at the fairgrounds of Gran Via in l’Hospitalet de Llobregat (E564) with an artistic performance without precedent in the world of wine and with great novelties.

One of the major attractions of Vallformosa's stand at the Alimentària will be the exhibition of the “natural machine” of the Cultivare wines by Domènech.Vidal. An artistic installation built for the occasion with one hundred vine shoots hanging along a conveyor belt acting as a brush to paint each of the labels. With a palette of colours differentiated for each variety, the movement of the branches makes every label a unique work of art.

Last year, the labels of the previous vintages of the Cultivare were made with a dancing, music and painting performance. A carpet of more than 5,000 labels was placed at the Domènech. Vidal cellar that formed a canvas on which two dancers performed as a paintbrush, painting each label with their movements, in a unique contemporaneous dance, using the tone of wine as colour touch.
The new vintages of the Cultivare Xarel·lo (2015) and Cultivare Sumoll-Samsó (2014) will be presented. Cultivare Negre is an authorship work aged in French-oak barrels and Cultivare Xarel·lo is the result of three different fermentations (in a cement tank, in a new oak barrel and in stainless steel tanks) until completing the aging in the bottle.

The other major novelty of Vallformosa will be the presentation of the spectacular bottle of the new sparkling wine icon of Mistinguett, Plume. Mistinguett has been inspired by the artistic name of Jeanne Florentine Bourgeois, a legendary French singer, actress, and vedette. Mistinguett intends to honour all those women who work every day to make their dreams come true like Mistinguett, a woman who with courage, effort and perseverance became the most famous French Vedette of all times. In fact, she was a pioneer in her time as she was the first to go down the stairs of the stage during the show to get closer to the public and she incorporated feathers to the artists' costumes. Plume is a unique and exclusive bottle, and gold medal winner at the Pentawards 2017. The making-of of the Plume bottle will be screened at the Intervin stand of Vallformosa, an audiovisual that will transport the visitor to a sensorial experience.

The redesigning of the Clàssic Vallformosa cavas will be presented, which is a rejuvenated and colourful product designed by Mario Eskenazi, who has conferred it a more festive and modern touch thus maintaining its authenticity. Eskenazi was also in charge of designing Vallformosa's new corporate logo, a new visual identity where dozens of circles draw the letters of Vallformosa. These circles draw inspiration from the cava bubbles and represent all the company's collaborators.
